As a Projects and Commercial Director, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of EPC projects, ensuring safety, quality, and value throughout the project lifecycle. I hold the Project Management Professional (PMP) and the Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) credentials, demonstrating my high professionalism, ethics, and competence in project development and management, construction execution, project controls, contracts and commercial management. I am a proactive and creative thinker, who always strives to find solutions and meet the business objectives of the investment. I am also a spirited leader, who builds and motivates result-oriented teams and delivers value by ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle. My engineering background, MBA degree, and soft skills enable me to understand and analyse technical complexities, negotiate and communicate effectively, and adapt to different project needs and challenges.
